Minimum Order
We have no minimum order requirement, making it easy for you to try our products. -
Customs Duty
We can help minimize customs fees. When ordering, you can choose the invoice amount based on our experience. -
Shortage Issues
- A: We strive to fulfill your entire order, but one or two items may be out of stock. We will ship what's available right away.
- B: A credit will be applied to your account for the missing items, which you can use on your next order.
- C: You can choose alternative items if preferred.

Can I Choose Other Shipping Agents?
Yes, we can ship your order using your preferred shipping company. -
Custom Branding
We can create custom branding for your orders if you order more than 250 pieces of each style and provide the design. -
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary based on the method chosen, typically taking about 4-7 working days. -
Shipping Cost
For all orders below $20, you will need to pay an additional $3.9 for shipping. If you spend more than $20, you can enjoy free shipping worldwide. -
Refunds for Missing or Damaged Items
If items are damaged during delivery, please email valid pictures to shopify01@kiddiezoom.com within 7 days of receipt. Our quality control team will process your claim. -
Refund Timing
Once we confirm the issue, we will credit your account. -
Size Issues
If you need specific sizes, please leave a message or email shopify01@kiddiezoom.com when placing your order. -
Quality Concerns
If you’re not satisfied with the quality, please send us a picture. We will discuss it with our production team and offer a discount on your next order. -
Tracking Information
We will ship your goods within 24-48 hours after payment. Tracking information will be sent to your registered email once your order is shipped. -
Payment Options
You can check payment instructions by logging into your account: My Orders -> Pending Orders -> Checkout via PayPal or Credit Card. We accept PayPal, Western Union, and bank transfers. -
Order Shipping Time
Orders usually ship within 48-96 hours. For larger orders, it may take 2-5 days to prepare. -
Wrong Items
If you receive the wrong item, we will send the correct product with your next order. -
Price Adjustments
Our prices are already very competitive. We don’t lower prices further, but discounts may apply based on your total purchase. -
Adding Items to an Order
To add items after placing an order, check your order details and pay for the new items. If already paid, email the items you want to add to shopify01@kiddiezoom.com for assistance. -
Material Quality
Our products are made from high-quality materials suitable for baby clothing. -
International Shipping
We ship to many countries, including the USA, Canada, Australia, the UK, France, Spain, Portugal, and Germany. If DHL services your country, we can ship without issues.
